Hi, I'm Kris, a nutritionist and herbalist who helps people reconnect with their natural rhythms- of health. My work is rooted in the idea that true wellness isn't about chasing quick fixes. Instead, it's about tuning into the cycles of nature and creating simple, nourishing practices that support balance in body, mind, and spirit.
I bring together training in holistic nutrition, herbalism, and naturopathic approaches with a deep respect for seasonal living. Every season invites us to adjust the way we eat, rest, and care for ourselves.
